做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
