做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
