做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
