做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
