做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
