做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
