做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
