做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
