做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
