做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
