做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
