做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
