做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
