做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
