做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
