做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
