做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
