做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
