做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
