做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
