做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
