做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
