做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
