做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
