做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
