做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
