做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
