做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
