做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
