做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
