做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
