做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
