做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
