做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
