做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
