做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
