做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
