做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
