做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
