做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
