做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
