做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
