做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
