做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
