做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
