做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
