做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
