做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
