做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
