做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
